Judith is a massage trainer and practitioner, a biodynamic somatic body therapist, meditation teacher and healer. Her whole career was inspired and guided by her training in biodynamic / Reichian psychotherapy with the famous Gerda Boyesen in London almost 30 years ago.
Currently the president of The Irish Massage Therapists Association, Judith lives in Thomastown, Co Kilkenny and is running her own practice, The Blue Room Meditation & Healing Centre.
She also works in the Kilkenny Stress Reduction Clinic Bennettsbridge.
Judith is also an environmentalist, human rights activist and single mother of two sons.
